Inadequate infrastructure and infrequent transport services makes it difficult for people to access hospitals, health care centers and schools.
World Vision's programme in Perambalur addresses the issues of the people by providing access to health care through health camps, providing clean water through construction of bore wells and tanks, improving infrastructure through irrigation facilities, forming self-help group to encourage and empower women and other programmes.
