Hydrebad Urban project works among the major slums of Hyderabad in bringing development through education, health care and economic assistance. The majority of the people here work in local industries, in construction sites, in domestic work and some as rag pickers.

World Vision India endeavours to ensure that children are in school and that they receive quality education. The project is also involved in providing health care to children, with a special focus on dealing with tuberculosis.

Along with the children, the families also benefit through income generation schemes. The women are also empowered through skills training and formation of self-help groups.

Your sponsorship will uplift a child and would also strengthen the child's community by providing a better livelihood for families in poverty.
